My recent stay at Kikori exceeded all my expectations, showcasing the epitome of hospitality and attention to detail. The staff was exceptional, with a gentleman at the reception who doubled as our shuttle driver; he patiently addressed all our needs and even took the time to explain our traditional Japanese breakfast options, ensuring we felt at home. I was particularly impressed by the return of my forgotten belongings, handled with utmost care and efficiency, which speaks volumes about their commitment to exceptional service. The serenity of the location allowed for a tranquil retreat into nature, while the on-site spa provided a rejuvenating escape, included in my stay. The electric kettle in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing for a cozy cup of tea as I unwound after a day of exploring.
